Privacy notice

clinicasfertilidad.mx is an information directory. It does not ask for, or need, your personal data to be used.

What we collect

Browsing this site does not require an account, a form, or any personal detail. We do not run trackers that build an advertising profile of you. If privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics are enabled, they measure page traffic only (which pages are viewed, roughly from where), never who you are, and are not sold or shared.

Contact form and clinic requests

If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, request type, message, any clinic details, role and supporting source you provide, and the date and the version of the privacy notice shown. We use these details to answer questions, verify clinic representatives and review corrections. Requests are stored in a private queue on Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, accessible only to authorized directory staff. We also use email delivery providers and Slack to notify our team and manage your request. Your personal contact details are not published and requests are not automatically forwarded to clinics or used for marketing campaigns.

We retain requests while needed to manage and follow up on them. For verified clinic representatives, we retain contact details while that relationship continues or until deletion is requested. To limit abusive submissions, we store a technical identifier derived from the IP address that changes daily; the original IP address is not stored in the request.

What we do not do

• We do not request medical records or personal health information. Please do not include them in your message.
• We do not book appointments or pass any detail to a clinic. Links to clinics open the clinic's own website, which has its own privacy terms.
• We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Links to clinics and sources

Profiles link to clinic websites and public registries. Once you follow a link, you are on that third party's site under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of the personal details you submit, or object to their use. This notice reflects Mexico's data-protection framework (LFPDPPP) as it applies to a site aimed at users in Mexico. Data controller: Destaca (destaca.mx), Peter Hadorn.
